What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Sokit Beauty for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that only items that have not been opened are eligible for return.

No refunds or returns on individual items comprising the Sokit curated kits (Starter kit, Best-value kit and Head-to-toe kits).

For returns please email hello@sokitbeauty.com with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return and one of our Sokit team members will assist you with the return process.
