The personal customer care I received from Yoona was amazing! She contacted about possible delay in shipment and offered me replacement product, if I wanted. When I received the package, there was a personal note hand written by Yoona thanking me for my patience. It was beautifully packaged and I’m so excited to start using my new product!

Let's talk about this set first. Everything in it is an absolute banger product. Do you ever find these travel or sample sets tend to always have a product you would never use? Not this one. All the products make sense and play nice with each other and the price is a great value. Also, I LOVE mini size products for traveling, which I do often, and these TSA approved sizes are perfect. The little bag with scarf that the set comes in is so adorable that I bought extra sets to give to my family and besties. As if that wasn't enough, Yoona includes freebies with every order too!
Secondly, I had a question about shipping time and Yoona responded so quickly letting me know when she was going to be shipping out my package. I placed my order on 4/15 and it arrived at my door on 4/19 (regular shipping, not expedited). Being a small business owner is not easy but Yoona is amazing and I will keep supporting her.
