Second, it instantly cooled and soothed my irritated skin. I used this mask after a day of running errands on a cold, windy NYC day. My skin was all reddened from the wind and there was also some chafing on my cheeks because of my mask rubbing against my skin (thanks again, pandemic). When I stepped back in my apartment at the end of my day, my face was so irritated and I felt it was "burning" (the heater made things worse, I think). I quickly washed my face and put on a Cicapair Dr Jart+ mask and I could definitely feel my face cool down.
Third, the sheet itself is a 100% plant-derived fiber sheet that is soft and light on the skin, so you can use it with confidence without worrying about sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how thin the sheet was, because it really adhered to my skin without any "lifting" or air pockets.
