Full Skincare Routine for Sensitive Skin

Hi ladies, I'm very happy to say that I have been a customer and fan of your work and products since before you had a brick-and-mortar store. I love the combinations that you guys have put together thoughtfully for each one of the skin types, which I love.
I believe this is the fourth kit I have bought, and the last one that I bought. I paid extra to have expedited shipping; however, it didn't get here in time, and I couldn't give my mom the gift I wanted to give her in time.
It's my request and feedback is for you guys to offer more options or use different carriers that can ship things expedited it if need be.
My second piece of advice would be that you create a QR code ( and add it to the kits), that directs you to a video on YouTube that shows you how to use each one of the products that you sell in those kits.
For people like my mother and me, who are learning about skin care and do not know how to use all the products. Your guidance and a recommendation on the best way to use them would be very much appreciated.
As always, thank you for all the work you've put into each one of the kits that you have created, the ease of navigation on the website, and the ease of purchase from the shop app as well.
